COMPLETE 2018-19 Tournament Results (AGE 12)

Led from start to finish, shooting 69-72-68 to win by five shots at Pinehurst No. 8.  Hit 17 of 18 greens in final round to pull away from the field and become World Champion.

Shot a career-low 63 in opening round and 65 in the (third) final round to win by six after entering the final round tied for lead.  Managed 17 birdies and 3 eagles over the 54 hole event in Palm Desert, CA.

Closed with a torrid six-under par 31 on the back nine during the final round to vault 13 spots up the leaderboard and finish third in Rancho Sante Fe, CA

Won eight times in 25 multi-day junior tournaments at the national, regional, and state level with an average margin of victory of 4.6 shots.  Finished in the top 10 in 19 events.

Won five times in eight starts in North Carolina, furthering a love for golf in the state.  Won in Pinehurst, Southern Pines (twice), Chapel Hill, and Raleigh.

In first season of AJGA play, finished in the top 10 in three of six events played.  Had an AJGA scoring average of 74.5 over 16 rounds.  Finished the year ranked 4th in Class of 2024 AJGA Rolex Rankings.

Beat 1196 out of 1419 competitors in all national, regional, and state junior events.

Was under par in 18 of 53 tournament rounds and even par in another 7 rounds.  Fired twelve rounds in the 60's.  Had a stretch of 6 straight under par rounds and 8 straight rounds of par or better in July and August

Shot rounds of 71-69 to finish T6 in US Amateur Sectional Qualifying in Joppa, MD.  Finished only two shots out of a playoff for the final qualifying spot to earn a trip to Pinehurst for the US Amateur.

Won three events and had one runner-up finish and a T4 finish in six starts on the Tarheel Junior Tour to earn 2018-19 Middle School Division Player of the Year honors.  Had a scoring average of 71.8 for the year.

Was a member of Team Delaware, which won the Philadelphia Sectional and Mid-Atlantic Regional tournaments to qualify for the National Finals in Scottsdale, AZ.
