Shot rounds of 62-67-64 (-20) to win by nine shots at the Country Club of Charleston in Charleston, SC. Broke the existing tournament scoring record by six shots. The first round 62 (-9) tied the competitive course record on the classic Seth Raynor designed course.
Won the inaugural national championship event by an incredible 13 shots over a field of 30 qualifiers from across the country in the Boys 13 & Under division (due to being 13 at the time of qualifying). Followed an opening round 69 in very windy conditions with second and third rounds of 65 and 64, respectively to finish at 18 under par.
Opened up the season by continuing the hot play from 2019-20, winning an AJGA Junior All-Star for the second consecutive week with scores of 66-71-70 (-9) to win by seven shots in State College, PA. The opening round 66 set a new competitive course record at Toftrees Golf Resort.
In addition to three wins, also finished tied or solo second five times, tied for third twice, fourth once, and tied or solo fifth twice.
Finished one shot off the lead with a total score of -5. Fired a 67 (-3) in the second round at the historic Pinehurst No. 2 course to go with rounds of 69 and 73 on Pinehurst No. 8 in the first and third rounds.
Shot 72-67 to finish at -5 in a four-way tie for second place in the field of 102 juniors.
Fired consecutive under par rounds of 69-71-69 to earn solo second place at the AJGA Junior at Longleaf. Closed strong at the AJGA Vaughn Taylor Championship with a second round 68 after an opening 74 to finish solo second at -2. Shot 74-68-67 (-7) to finish in a four-way tie for second at the AJGA TaylorMade TP5 Junior All-Star.
Finished T5 at the Dye Junior with scores of 76-69-76 (+5). Finished T8 at the Scott Robertson with scores of 70-69-74 (E), and finished solo 8th at the AJGA Wyndham Invitational with scores of 72-70-71-69 (+2). All three events are ranked in the top 20 for strength of field according to the Golfweek junior rankings, and two of the events are held on courses that have hosted PGA Tour events (Dye Junior at Crooked Stick and Wyndham Invitational at Sedgefield CC, respectively).
Finished 3rd in the state individual AAA championship with a score of 69 (-2). The finish was the highest ever for a Downingtown West golfer and the highest by a Pennsylvania freshman in 21 years.
Won district title as a freshman with rounds of 69-71 (-4). The district encompasses most of Philadelphia's suburban counties in Pennsylvania and is widely considered the most competitive in the state.
Recognized as the 2020 high school player of the year for the Chester County regional area by the Daily Local News of West Chester, PA.
In 70 rounds during the year, broke par 29 times and posted 22 rounds in the 60's. Beat 1298 out of 1670 competitors in all national, regional, and state events for a 77% win percentage vs. the field.
